Apartments
You are in an extraordinary place: an ancient manor house renovated with passion and transformed into six apartments with character and elegance. During the renovation we kept the original soul using recovered materials. Ceilings of wooden beams and old tiling and floors of handmade bricks breathe the Mediterranean atmosphere.
Almost all the apartments have a wooden fireplace built in site with a unique design. We provided spacious rooms, floor heating and cooling, fully equipped kitchens, traditional furniture combined with contemporary pieces, windows with mosquito nets and all rooms have high speed Wifi. The private garden of each apartment has outdoor furniture.
Our swimming pool is 15 m long and 1,38 m deep and offers also a wide undeep relax area with a stunning view over the countryside. The pergola is a picturesque common area for all our guests. The long table is the beating heart of summer evenings. We organize experiences and small events such as wine tastings or an introduction to the world of extra virgin olive oil, workshops handmade pasta or the exploration of the planets and stars above us... always accompanied by local and genuine food. The pergola is equipped with toilets, a dressing room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and with our outdoor kitchen.

The indicated weekly rates are valid from Saturday to Saturday, in self-catering formula, including the consumption of water, electricity, gas, WI-FI, the use of our swimming pool, the supply of bed and bath linen and towels, parking space inside the property, VAT.
Outside the high season you can book shorter stays, always in self-catering formula. Please ask for a specific price offer.
In case of a 2 weeks rental, the cleaning after the first week is included in the price.
Consumption costs for extra heating /extra cooling are not included.
Final cleaning: Apartments Gelsomino and Lavanda € 70,00 - Gelso, Ginestra and Melograno € 100,00.
Extra bed € 175/week, Baby cot for free, including bed linen and towels.
Extra change of bed linen € 10,00 per guest and bath linen € 10,00 per guest.
Small pets with good behavior are welcome with a compensation for the extra cleaning.
