Your reservation is confirmed after the receipt of our voucher and the payment of the deposit, to be made within 15 days. In case of no receipt of the deposit, the reservation is void. The deposit is equal to 40% of the rental. The balance amount must be paid within eight weeks before arrival.

Please be informed about our standard cancellation policy:

40% of the rental cost if the cancellation takes place over eight weeks prior to arrival.

100% of the rental cost if the cancellation takes place less than eight weeks prior to arrival, in case of no-show or early departure.

We strongly advise our guests to provide in their own travel cancellation insurance.

The extension of the journey requires an additional reservation and is subject to availability and possible rate changes.

The payment of the deposit implies the acceptance of our general conditions, the amount of the security deposit and the house rules of Villa Montefiore. The security deposit for each apartment will be refunded after departure and check of the apartment. Gelsomino and Lavanda € 250,00 – for Gelso, Ginestra and Melograno € 500,00.
